The Positive Hedgehog - WEEKEND VERSION for 10-30-2017

So... I was doing Furry Game Night for almost the full 4 hours... had a bathroom break right after Whitefire's show, but I am sure Ric was at Furry Game Night for like 1 or 2 games on Sunday morning. I didn't do too well in those games, but hell they are only games, it doesn't matter if you win or lose... the thing here is that you're having FUN playing these games. Anyway, while I was playing the games, I was listening to the Saturday Night Safety Dance on Sonic 95.5 FM, which was fun. After the games, I hopped on Second Life for a bit and talked to a friend named Cam DB (his online name) for a little while. On Sunday, I will be tuning into OH! Pawpets in the evening after finishing my supper, and then with no Rabbit Hole due to Romeo being at Furloween (and I really hope that he's having a great time there), well I will wait for a simulcast of Boomer's station, AM 690, to come on, or just when Doggy Radio comes on the air, but I know that Boomer will do something when he reads this week's entry the moment when I send this to him. Usually I send Boomer a separate E-Mail, but I think he pays attention, so I will try not to send him separate E-Mails anymore, lol.

Jumping to Monday after Doggy Radio, I will get a good sleep before I need to get going to do some DJing at a Halloween Party. Things are gonna be wild because it's supposed to be very windy and with intense rain. I just hope that there won't be any power outage over there where I need to DJ at.

Anyway, like Kevin says on CKUT, "For the rest of the crew, this is Kevin saying don't drink and drive because we want you back here next week." He usually says something else, but I stole that from him, lol, with being the tech and all.

See you in 7, gang. Sonic out.

The Positive Hedgehog on Doggy Radio™ for Monday, October 16th 2017

Nothing really exciting happened with me this week, and also I think the E-Mailing files part would still cause me headaches, so I don't even want to try. No song for this week, but maybe next week. Also, I wanted Boomer to upload last weeks show earlier than later so I could have listened to the podcast on Thursday, but I am a cool hedgehog and will say that it doesn't matter because I will make some time to listen to the podcast on Saturday.

Short ramblings this week because I don't even want to even begin to dabble in to uploading an audio version. True, I did *TRY* to upload last week's audio version of The Positive Hedgehog, but the stupid Yahoo! Mail server didn't allow me. It's ok. I hope you all have a very nice week.

Sonic out.

It seems that I can't send an audio version of The Positive Hedgehog, or Dogtooth for that matter, so I think I will just send a URL link to Boomer. I also did a last resort to look Ricochet up on Skype, but the name "Ricochet Sheepdog" denied my request for talking with him, was going to send him the file to be played, but if that "Ricochet Sheepdog" was the right person from Doggy Radio. Anyway yeah, I'll keep this short. Last Sunday I went to Maine, like I wrote in last week's ramblings, and I went to Ogunquit / Wells area and for a few days, my dad and I played tourist around the area... Ogunquit, Wells, York, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport. I downloaded the podcast and listened to it on Saturday. I wanted to listen to it on Thursday, but I never came around to that. Anyway, here's the song that I wanted to play for you in that audio piece. Still don't know why it wants to upload. Before I forget, though, I want to wish a Happy Columbus Day to my friends in the USA, and a Happy Thanksgiving to all of my friends here in Canada.

The grocery this week is a hefty one, but I still managed to keep the bill relatively low at $40.25.

2 fruit juices, Nibs licorice, 2 Glacier(Paws) Cherry, some chips (3 cheeses & roasted onion), Granola bars, Diet Pepsi... and then we have the yummy desserts - Cream-filled donuts (NO! Not semen!), (I have KILLED all of them, all 6 of them, and boy were they ever good!) Naan bread, Pecan tarts, Mediterranean biscottes. I also bought some chocolate eclairs, and they are so good, that I finished them before Doggy Radio's on the air.

Yeah, I thought all this would cost be $60, I was amazed. I went into the store thinking I was only going to spend $40, and that's what I came out of the store with... $40 (.25) worth of things. =D

I was also thinking energy drink, Monster, but nah... Diet Pepsi is good enough this week.

This week was a missed opportunity to go to the Action Center on Tuesday and even on Friday. No CKUT on Wednesday either - the reason the missed opportunity was because of the so humid weather on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Friday was because of my exercise routine (unofficial Nuit Blanche). I guess getting exercise is better than DJing since I love nature. Sure, I know I need to work, but I choose to get exercise more than work... but it seems that I can't do both at the same time - to DJ during the day, to for my unofficial Nuit Blanche during the evenings. The reason I say "unofficial" is because the official one is only at the end of February or the beginning of March. Also, I went to a favorite restaurant of mine, and it was packed SOLID, but I still managed to get in. Mr. Spicy - and yes the restaurant's out of my way, but boy is the food there ever so good! I brought my laptop with me since I get WiFi there, and I took half an hour to jot down the "Taster's Choice" (all-you-can-eat format) menu. I was really full after that. I almost missed the first bus to my bus home. My guess was that the bus driver didn't want to stop at the bus stop I was standing at. When I got on, he did look a little snobbish. I gave him a look like me saying, "I'm not too impressed with you not wanting to stop at the bus stop." I mean, it did look like he was doing that deliberately since he was really coming up really fast. Right now it's Sunday and I had a sleepless night because my dad wanted to take me to Ogunquit in Maine, and yes it will hamper my DJing job this coming Tuesday and perhaps CKUT on Wednesday, but I have to think of it this way - I won't have my dad for much longer since he's 70 now. True, he may live to be 100 and then *I* will be 70, lol, but he may pass away earlier than that. I have to find away around my busy schedule, mainly on Wednesdays. I found a way at the end of September. I was thinking that I could go in every 2nd Tuesdays and every 2nd Friday. I know that this may sound confusing, but I did my homework and checked the calendar and made sure to check the Action Center's calendar on which Friday they have an outing. I jotted the information down on my main Sonic Scratchpad wallpaper. I will send this in on the morning of Sunday since I will be heading off to the Majestic Regency Resort Hotel in Ogunquit, well it's in between Ogunquit and Wells.

Hope everyone is doing well with the 2 hosts hosting my blog and everyone else in the furry community. And yes, since Ricochet doesn't like me jotting down the route numbers, well I just won't do that even though I love to jot them down. But Ric, you're absolutely right in yelling at me, "WHY DO YOU HAVE TO WRITE THEM DOWN?!" I like numbers, you see, but I will keep the route numbers written on my DJ wallpaper for trips, and they will stay there and not get transfered here on my ramblings. I used to do that on Hedgie With a Bloggy, but not anymore... since this has changed to The Positive Hedgehog, I don't wanna get Ricochet mad. The Positive Hedgehog is sending good vibes to The Positive Sheepdog. Yeah, your Junkblog isn't called that, but eh one can imagine things up, can't they?

Anyway, The Positive Hedgehog will be getting out of here for this week, but please all you out there, be positive out there since The Positive Hedgehog says so.
