=====

This is Hedgie With a Bloggy on Doggy™ for June 27th, 2016. *** SONIC STYLE !!! ***

-----

Monday, it was so hot outside, I didn't do much. During the whole day, I was waiting for strong thunderstorms, but all I am getting right now is some heat lightning whereas the same thunderstorm was with a tornado warning when it was out west in the Ottawa area. It's like 10:30 right now, and this storm is not interesting at all, I could even say it's a dud. It's still hellishly warm in my bedroom though, and I still have some Brisk to drink, so that's always good.

-----

The Action Center this Tuesday was good. I went in and right away went to the bathroom and got my Sonic fursuit on. I was in it for a good chunk of while I was there. My sight was restricted though, and I was afraid to screw up the DJing that I was doing. The very last song that I played I was jumping because that was like THE song to play when you are ending your DJ set. In the afternoon, I did another walk of health from the Action Center to my house. Had supper, and then took the bus to the subway station to fill my bus pass up for next month. Came back home, watched some YouTube vlogs, and then I watched my local news, and then some more YouTube videos of fireworks, and now I just noticed that it passed the midnight hour, so into Wednesday I go.

-----

Wednesday's blog is being done on Friday because I had too much fun on Thursday! So... Wednesday, I first went to the grocery store a few stops before I went to the radio station and picked up some strong cheese for me, 2 smoked salmon sandwiches, and a Diet Pepsi. I ate the cheese while waiting for the subway to the radio station's stop. It was kind of strong to the taste, but that's what certain cheeses taste. At the station, I had the rest - the 2 sandwiches and the Diet Pepsi. Later on when it was time to go on the air, I played a tribute to Sonic the Hedgehog, it was the Sonic Adventure's Twinkle Park OC Remix that you guys are hearing in the background while my whole blog is being read right now by either Boomer or Ricochet. Anyway, when the show was done I came home and did my iVlog show, but this time I added an hour just because it was the eve of Sonic's birthday. I did everything in my power to celebrate the eve of his birthday. I put on a few birthday tunes, and yes I had to play Sonic Adventure's Twinkle Park OC Remix again for my audience. After the iVlog show, I prepared myself for what is going to be the BEST day that I had this year so far.

-----

And it begins... SONIC'S BIRTHDAY!!! Thursday, I started the day by waking up at 10am. Before I did anything, though, I put some of my Sonic plush toys in bags to bring with me. This all went all too smoothly! I then went on the Internet for a maybe 25-30 minutes before shutting down, getting into my Sonic fursuit, and then going out waiting on the sidewalk for the Sonic fan, Nick, to come and pick me up in his 'Sonic Mobile', and that 'Sonic Mobile' is a blue 2014 Nissan Versa. I love it that he picked blue for his car! Anyway, the first stop was to get a cake with a Sonic design on it, and I will give you all an image of it. The second stop we both did was to get some eats from a restaurant called Restaurant Gregoire, and it was just like a very popular fast food place. There, Nick was very popular in his cosplay and people took some pictures. I'm kicking myself now why I didn't wear my fursuit in the restaurant now... We both came back to his place to eat, as well to have a piece of that cake, and to play some Sonic games. You see, it was all about Sonic the Hedgehog today, NOTHING else! Nick told me that the cosplay outfit that he was wearing almost the whole day was beginning to squish his arms, so he immediately changed at like 3:50pm, and wanted to become more like a fancy Sonic, if there was actually a fancy Sonic, but yeah he dressed up real fancy with a tie too. We were both heading to Ontario to have a very good meal, Greek meal. I had grilled octopus as an appetizer and lamb chops as a main meal. After that, we both went to Dairy Queen to finish the day, but Sonic's celebrations will be continuing through the weekend for me. We came back to Nick's place for me to pick the rest of my stuff up, and then he drove me back home. We hugged each other, and I was thinking in my head, "NO! I DON'T WANT THIS DAY TO END!!!" But eh, there will be other days like this. I then wrote on my Facebook and the following is a status that I made,

"I am back home from celebrating Sonic's Anniversary with my friend, Nick Dupont. We did anything and everything to help celebrating the blue blur! Today was the day to go on a spending spree! IGA for a Sonic cake, Restaurant Grégoire, going back to Nick's place, and then going to Dimitri's and Dairy Queen, both in Ontario... all this while Nick treated me to Sonic music in his 'Sonic Mobile'. This was the menu for the day today! That and a couple of great laughs since we both took "Mgr-Langlois Bridge" in Valleyfield and saying the phrase, "Don't Care, Not Sonic". So you see, today was just a BLAST!!! I felt like floating on Cloud #9 like how I would feel like when I have a real girlfriend. Nick's not my boyfriend, no, but he really is a great friend of mine, a great SONIC friend of mine, that I will cherish forever until I die." All this to say that I am now down to having only $4.78 in my bank account. Talk about having fun!!! WEEEEEEEE! My dad is going to give me $2 for those soft drinks that I need to keep me awake during The Rabbit Hole and Doggy Radio though. June a note about the pictures though, quite a few of them are with Nick only, but there are some with me and my Sonic plush toys.

I forgot to tell you guys that while I was waiting for Nick to get all fancy to drive down to the restaurant, I checked my E-Mail account and there was an invitation for DJ Sonic! I am going to be DJing at a fireworks event on July 20th from 7 until 11pm! I was just beside myself. Not only was it Sonic's birthday, but I got an invitation also! Oh wow, that was really a great day for myself.

-----

Friday, my dad wanted to have a drive with me to see a friend of his, but I chose to stay home and be with Sonic since I really had, what it seemed like, the best time of my life on Thursday! Although I might have other days like that some other years. I was feeling kind of tired Thursday night. I had lots of air during the day. The day was completely awesome! I just didn't want the day to end, but everything does need to come to an end at some point. It's a holiday for us Quebecers today, Friday, called St-Jean-Baptiste Day, and Nick went down with his family to Lake Placid in New York. Later on in the evening, I didn't do much.

-----

I usually have a lot to speak about on Saturdays, but this time I didn't really do much.

-----

On Sunday, I had my alarm clock set up to buzz at noon because today's the day that I went to a backyard pool party with some friends of mine. To top that all off, it was someone's birthday also, and we're quite a few people here, so we all are going to be having a BBQ, so the idea of the day today is to have a 'Pool & BBQ' day! I went in the pool a couple more times. I am having a great time over here. Long live summer time, and long live Sonic! Yes, I still have him on my mind while I party over here. Back at home, and it was a really nice day where I went to despite all the mosquitoes at the very tail end of the visit. I will now copy and paste this right now to my Hedgie With a Bloggy on Doggy™ E-Mail that I have saved in my draft along with those pictures on Thursday to put up either in this section of Boomer's website or on his main page. I will leave that all up to him. This was sent the night before Doggy Radio at 10:50pm ET.

-----

That's it this week for Hedgie With a Bloggy on Doggy™, but please do stay tuned for the last blog until JaSonic takes a well-deserved vacation from his many blogs and perhaps from listening to Doggy Radio since he really would like to enjoy himself wherever he ends up with his dad. His blogs will be back sometime at the end of August or in September, so stay tuned for them!

This is being done in the afternoon on Tuesday when I am supposed to be at the Action Center, but not really necessary.

=====

This is Hedgie With a Bloggy on Doggy™ for June 20th, 2016 - SONIC THE HEDGEHOG STYLE !!!

Now, before I start, I want to tell all of you that we, Nick and I, changed our plans to go swimming, the Sonic fan and I, from June 25th to July 3rd. On to my blog...

-----

I am starting on Monday this time. I don't know why, but I just am.

Monday, I didn't do anything much except waking up at 12:45am after I had a nap at 8:30pm on Sunday night. The weather was so-so and it made me extremely tired. I flipped on The Rabbit Hole, Doggy Radio, and hopped on Pawpet IRC. I went to bed, but I relaxed for the rest of the day when I got up again.

-----

Didn't go to the Action Center on Tuesday like I said on the very top of my blog since I was DJing for a whopping 8 hours straight last Friday, and like I said the time flew by so fast! Anyway, I am here at home and wanted to stay with Sonic today.

-----

This Wednesday, I typed the blog at CKUT. I picked up not 1, not 2, but 3 smoked salmon sandwiches. $5.29 each, but they are too yummy to resist. I am so happy that there were at least some smoked salmon sandwiches over there today.

-----

Thursday, I didn't do anything much. Stayed home with my many Sonic plush toys that I can snuggle tightly with.

-----

Friday, it was a BBQ day at the Action Center, but I didn't pay, so I didn't go. Today's the day when I finally gave my 20-inch Sonic plush toy a shower to get ready for this upcoming Thursday - Sonic's 25th anniversary! Wow, what a milestone he made it to. I'm really proud that he made it this far. I hope he can make it for another 25 years! Anyway, enough about Sonic for now, but please stay tuned for next week as I will be celebrating Sonic's birthday week, and it will start as soon as this Sunday, so on Monday, the 20th, I will be in the midst of Sonic's birthday week! I'm excited to get it started. But yeah, more of that next week. He did need a real good shower because with all the snuggling I did while I was sleeping with him, he really got majorly dirty, and I don't want to bring him to celebrate HIS birthday with Nick, while he's all dirty, so of course I really needed to clean him up really nice.

-----

Saturday, I went to a friend's place to have some drinks with them before heading out to a really good Greek restaurant in Ontario named Dimitri's. I had some lamb chops, and they were as delicious as the other times that I had lamb souvlakis when I was there.

-----

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

Sunday, I was debating whether or not to go have a nice drive with my dad, and at the end I went with my dad. I bought 2 7Up drinks for the trip, but my 2nd bottle got incredibly warm in the car, so I put it in the fridge when we both came back home. Now, back home I bought some Brisk and I will try my very best to stay awake during The Rabbit Hole and Doggy Radio.

JaSonic's blogs will be stopping on July 11th for summer vacation time, and will be back sometime at the end of August or in September.

This is being done during Doggy Radio on June 6th at 5am.

This is Hedgie With a Bloggy on Doggy™ for June 13th, 2016.

-----

Monday, I listened to Doggy Radio where I think it will become JaSonic Radio since Ricochet said to bow down to me since I said something in last week's blog to make him think that everyone should bow down to their fearless leader, the mighty mighty hedgehog, lol. What I also found funny was the Sonicism to Sonicgasm. Well, we'll just leave both of those to the professionals. Now since I'm on a roll right now, I will be heading to bed after I do some stuff after Doggy Radio finishes, and boy what a fantastic episode it was last week, and I mean it! You both do a real fantastic show week after week, it's such a treat to this hedgehog to listen to Doggy Radio on a weekly basis. I eagerly wait for the next Doggy Radio throughout the week. I was listening to remixes of songs on YouTube after Doggy Radio when all of a sudden at 6:26 in the morning, there was a power surge that happened, so I decided to turn the little lamp, that I have beside me, off since that kinda scared me a bit, and then I heard a small *POOF!* outside and I think some morning lightning hit a transformer that was not near to my house. I don't know, maybe that power surge meant that there was an area within my neighborhood that was blacked out because of that transformer blowing. I finally went to bed at around 7:30 in the morning after listening to some pretty crappy 'Puppy Monkey Baby' remixes on YouTube. Boy, all the remixes that I listened to this morning were a complete waste of my time. Later on in the evening hours, I was pondering going out again for a night stroll out. You can now call me the Public Transit Hedgehog nowadays, or PTH for short. I was thinking of points of interest that I could visit, but nah it's cloudy tonight and a bit on the coolish side, and I wanna be able to stay in my shorts, and the forecast is calling for it to be progressively cooler over the next few days, so I guess I will only go out next week.

-----

I went to the Action Center on Tuesday, did my show, The DJ Sonic show LIVE, and then for a different pace, I decided to walk back home, thinking on that walk of health again. Now at home, had my supper and am now thinking of going to the grocery store, but I need a good chunk of money saved for the 23rd and 25th. 23rd being Sonic's 25th birthday and celebrating it with that Sonic fan that I was telling you all about, and the 25th being the day that this Sonic fan and I will be swimming in an area that I know about and will show him.

-----

Wednesday morning, I turned my laptop off at 4:20 am, that's the 'Smoke em if you got em' time, and got up at 11:58. Got dressed and went to the grocery store on the way. My smoked salmon sandwiches weren't there anymore, they ran out of stock, so I opted foa a ham and lettuce sandwich with pumpernickel bread. It was tasty, but not as tasty as the smoked salmon was, gosh darn it! I wanted to try the new Ginger Pepsi as well. To tell you the honest truth, I did taste the ginger in the Pepsi, but it wasn't as strong as it could have been. Anyway, after I did my things at the radio station, I took the bus to go directly to the same grocery store only to buy 2 bottles of Brisk. 1 Limonade flavor and the other one the original Brisk. Went back home and did my Wednesday iVlog show. Now remember, DJ Sonic is in his summertime schedule now.

-----

Thursday came and I was getting myself ready for Friday's bazaar at the Action Center.

-----

Everything was perfect at the bazaar on Friday, which happened to be my 39th birthday. I was DJing for a solid 8 hours, but the time flew by so fast. Later on when I came back at home, I ate the rest of my birthday pizza and then I did a birthday stream on iVlog. Now, remember... since this is the month of June, I am only supposed to do a show on Wednesdays, but tonight was special, so I overlooked the summertime schedule just for tonight.

-----

Saturday, I went to the local mall near me with my best friend, Charlie. We had loads of fun/ Afterwards, though, when I was waiting for the bus, there were some kids thinking it would be fun to throw some rocks to the moving traffic and to the people waiting for the bus. The police were nowhere to be found - TYPICAL!

-----

Sunday, I woke up, did my things before going to the bi-weekly furry brunch, and this time I invited that Sonic fan that I told you about, the Sonic fan that I met at What The Fur. His experience at the brunch was great, but this time it was really noisy, noisier than the other times that I went. After brunch, we both came back to my place and he looked at my Sonic collection. We then watched some episodes of Sonic SatAM since I have all 26 episodes on DVD now. We watch and talked until supper time where we both had spaghetti. Sonic then drove me to the grocery store where I offered him not 1, but 2 soft drinks. He brought me back home and I told him to have a safe drive back to his place. I am just waiting for my shows to start right now.

-----

JaSonic's blogs will be stopping on July 11th for summer vacation time, and will be back sometime at the end of August or in September.

This is being done in the evening of Saturday, June 4th. JaSonic

=====

This is Hedgie With a Bloggy on Doggy™ for June 6th, 2016.

-----

Monday, I listened to Doggy Radio as planned and then I kinda forgot what I did because I am writing this on a Saturday night while my Saturday Night Safety Dance plays on Sonic 95.5 FM via Sirius satellite radio.

-----

Tuesday, I didn't go to the Action Center because I wanted to spend some more hours sleeping while cuddling Sonic in my arms.

-----

Wednesday, I went to the radio station and did the show that I usually do there and then after the show I went to a restaurant called Hielo. They have WiFi there, so I spent some time talking with that Sonic fan on Facebook while I was having some onion soup and cheese pizza. Everything's good at that place I find! After I ate there, I had like a 5- to 10-minute walk of health to 1 subway station further to the east only to go back west on the subway. I had a nice evening. Wednesday night I did my iVlog show, The DJ Sonic show, but I changed my schedule for the summer since it's June 1st today - Starting of the hurricane season in the Atlantic, yes, but during the months of June, July, and August there will be only shows on Wednesdays... but even more, with my dad retiring from work very soon, I don't even know if I will do anymore iVlog shows again after his retirement... I'll see if I do though.

-----

Thursday was a nothing day yet again since I didn't do much.

-----

Friday morning, I managed to get on the bus at 8:31am at the usual time and got at the Action Center to set my stuff up. The teacher, Allison, just learned that it will be the last class before summer break, and that we missed having a big party, but hey that's okay. In the afternoon, the Chair Dancing teacher already knew that it was the last class, so with me being DJ Sonic, I went ALL OUT with the dance music for a good 1 hour and a half. I was sweating while I was behind the table where I had everything set up because I was dancing like a freak, and it was already warm in the room. The music was blasting through my speakers, and I am really happy that the Logitech brand is living up to their name. During the evening, I wanted to have a ride on the bus and subway, so I started my little adventure at 9pm and got back home at 1:15 in the morning. I just wanted to take some air that evening.

-----

Saturday, I foolishly stayed up until 5:20am or so knowing very well that I needed to be somewhere at 1pm, so I set my alarm clock for 11:30. 6 hours sleep was good enough for me, I got out of bed quite easily, but I still managed to be a bit late, but my friend, Michael, wasn't mad at me. We both went to a restaurant where we both had the same thing, which was General Tao's chicken. I absolutely adore General Tao, and I had that in my mind while I was traveling on the subway to meet Michael, and even before while I was in bed, I had that on my mind... so yeah I had that on my mind for a good few hours there.

-----

Sunday morning I stayed up until the same time as I did Saturday morning, and my alarm clock was set for the same time, 11:30. Almost a carbon copy of Saturday, but what makes this different is the fact that my other friend, Scott, came over one hour later. I wanted to treat him to a good thunderstorm, but the forecast changed on me early this morning and we just ended up in having heavy rain, and it was way too late to even cancel his trip here, but nah I didn't want to cancel on him. 3 things happened while he was here:

1 - I recorded a mix of songs that he told me he wanted to hear, and I overlapped them one-by-one so it was a continuous flow of music with no dead air whatsoever. This is what a good DJ, such as myself, DJ Sonic, thrives for... continuous flow without any dead air.

2 - Thunderstorm videos on YouTube.

3 - We both watched coverage of the ice storm that hit in 1998 on YouTube.

Scott couldn't stay for the whole coverage because he wanted to go back home. For the remainder of the day, I will just stay inside and go out for possibly more drinks later on before 10pm so that I am able to stay awake for The Rabbit Hole and Doggy Radio coming up on the day that you will be reading this. So, with all that said...

-----

Stay tuned for next week's blog where JaSonic will be blogging about other things that may be of interest to all of you Doggy Radio listeners out there. For Doggy Radio, this has been Hedgie With a Bloggy on Doggy™ with your weekly blogger, JaSonic Hedgehog. He might take a few weeks break from doing weekly blogs since it's vacation time for this hedgehog.

=====

*** ADDENDUM! *** At 6:15 on Sunday evening, I took a well-deserved nap until 10:30 when I got up and went to the convenience store 5 minutes later only to realize that I only was out for half an hour whereas I thought that it would have been more like 45 minutes. I am glad that I'm back to listen to The Rabbit Hole, Radiolawn, and then your show, Doggy Radio.
